At the Polls Stockton & Sacramento - The California State primary is usually one of the more uneventful elections. But, there are a few interesting races to keep an eye on, including a big-spending five-way race in Stanislaus County. And this is the first time California voters will use the new "top-two" open primary ballots, which are a big change from past elections. Kings Update - NBA owners are scheduled to meet this Wednesday to vote on whether the Maloofs can sell their stake in the Sacramento Kings to a Seattle ownership group led by Chris Hansen. A lot of people thought the deal was done and set for Sacramento after the relocation committee annouced last week that it would not approve a move of the team from Sacramento to Seattle. But the Seattle group isn't giving up and they sweetened the deal a number of ways over the weekend...
